Biograhpy

Nanci is a self taught artist who began painting after highschool. Like many artists, Nanci had to stop painting due to the high demands of supporting her family. After much encouragement from her husband, Nanci was able to start painting again after twenty years. Three years later she was able to take her God given talent and make it a full time career. Nanci's true passion is painting people and animals. "Painting people and animals evoke an emotional connection that can not be obtained by painting anything else. By time I have completed the painting, I feel I personally know my subject, even when I have only had a photo to paint from." Nanci enjoys many medias but feels she can best express herself with oils.
